I was in Ottawa to present at a conference and stayed at the Business Inn for a few days. I was very impressed with the size of the room, the amenities, and the cleanliness. Having a kitchen was very handy and the large living room area gave me a space to work in the evening. The location is also fabulous and I was able to visit many restaurants by simply walking down the street. I strongly recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to be without a car.
We enjoyed our stay at the business inn. The place is very clean and neat. We didn't expect to get a full apartment with a living room, dining room and a full kitchen, plus there is house keeping and room services! There were two TVs and a computer amd a printer for us to use, we we didn't need to use. The price we pay was great for its downtown location. We were able to walk everywhere and saved money for parking! The surrounding areas have lots of good restaurants and shops for us to visit. Whether you are looking for a place to stay for short term or long term, for leisure or for business, this hotel will fit all your needs. You can even host a few friends or having a casual business meeting in your suite. Laundry, breakfast and gym are all available. I am impressed and will book this place again if I am in Ottawa again.
Excellent service and accommodation. Everyone in all staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything in walking distance. Rooms are outstanding and clean. Thank you Ottawa business Inn for the amazing stay. Look forward to my next stay.
Very good service from all the staff, front desk, cleaning and breakfast guys. Very big rooms looks like a converted apartment, our room had a balcony and full kitchen with stove. Very good location, easy to walk everywhere. Only negative was it was pretty dusty in the room. Would stay again.
Nice rooms. Nice staff. Parking is a little difficult, but not horrible. I had a unique issue with my room, couldn't help but laugh. Manager and the owner came in and sorted it out quickly, and efficiently. I was impressed. Family run, so they care. I stayed on street level, and it was very quiet. I had a great sleep. The renovations they have done look great.
