Beautiful hotel located conveniently downtown. The customer service of all staff is top notch. For instance, just standing in line I observed staff going the extra mile to provide their clients help, support, or to answer their questions. They always warmly greet every single person that walks in the hotel. It's the little things but it is clear that this Delta values providing a great guest experience. I was also very lucky to have Virginia as the attendant that helped me with my check-in.
Black insulation in the a/c air intake and a/c not working. Hidden behind a clean looking air filter. Very disappointed as you expect more from a Delta. A/c was fixed then stopped working again the next day. Appears to be getting run down. Better value for money at other hotels I would not recommend staying here. On a positive note staff are very friendly and eager to help.
I was here as part of a work conference. We were in the Pinnacle Room on the top floor. The lobby and elevators are very clean and well lit, but the elevator seems smaller than the typical elevator (6 people max to be conformable) The view on the top floor is amazing - it faces out towards Chaudiere Falls & Portage Bridge. In terms of the conference room, it was fairly large - can fit at least 6 or 7 round tables, with about 6-8 people per table. There is a projector at the front with a nice curtain to hide its stand. The catering was absolutely delicious. I greatly enjoyed the ham sandwich / baguette that had the fruit jam on it. Overall, I'd recommend this as a good place to host events for medium groups (70 people)
Cozy rooms, friendly staff. Up to date television system. But, slow on request. I asked for a set of towels at 1pm, and had to call a second time because nothing came for 40 minutes. Otherwise a pleasant stay. I do wish the conjoining rooms has noise cancellers for the conjoining doors. Something to consider
I haven't stayed here. But I live near by and without power for 8 hrs i found myself desperate for hot water to get my aquarium to proper temp. The delta was the closest to where i live. I show up with a bucket and with no hesitation they fill me up with hot water. It sounds silly but i suspect that many businesses may not have been so helpful especially with me not being a guest. Fantastic staff and amazing service! Thank you so much!
