Spacious room, quiet and clean as well. friendly staff (Ingrid?) to assist the guests. Close to all the museums and down town area. Would stay again
Loved the hotel. A major step up from our previous hotel in Ottawa, It was very organized and clean. The room decor was very old fashioned, but it was spacious and cozy. I also loved that here was underground parking, and that there were carts for our bags accessible in the basement. Breakfast was great, and so was the pool. would definitely stay again.
The room was spacious. I loved having a fridge and microwave and counter with sink. The bathroom was huge. Staff was amazing
Great room, clean and comfortable for my whole family. I found the Staff to be very friendly and very willing to assist with our every need. The Location is perfect for seeing the sights and there are a large selection of restaurants nearby. Checked into our rooms with no hassle at all. underground parking is available and it is very well lighted.
Great hotel! Super friendly and accommodating people, very clean room (and Im picky!), and comfortable bed. Breakfast was everything you could ask for, hot and cold, and really good coffee 24 hrs a day. We came with bicycles, hotel backs into great trails and we were able to keep bikes in our room. Will be staying here again no question.
