Every thing was great. The rooms were clean and a great size for my family of five. The pool is clean and the breakfast buffet is perfect. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially in suggesting and helping to park my bike in their storage room.
We loved our stay! The room was spacious and modern. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the buffet before the noon check out. A wonderful hotel experience!
This is a great hotel and should be at the top of your list. The bad: the pet fee - $100 is way more than the typical $25 hotels charge and seems like a bit of a money grab. The guests - some are a little less than quality (seems like some use this as a party pool). Noticed one couple in the pool late not behaving appropriately at all... and with only one young lady working the desk, I didn't bother complaining. The hotel NEEDS in house security to resolve this and similar complaints reviewed below. This single issue prevents this review from being five stars. The amazing: We had a one bedroom corner suite. Great room at a great price - best part was a full size fridge! The staff are really good, definitely provide a very personal service. The hotel provides a great full breakfast and apparently serves occasional early evening snacks (pizza, fajitas, etc) all were really good. Free parking and lots of it. Apparently there is also a airport shuttle service (not used)Overall - if we need to stay near the airport again, this hotel is at the top of the list.
Nothing that they could've done about it - but during my stay there was a massive power outage throughout the city which made my visit a bit inconvenient. That being said, staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Would recommend staying here - room was very nice as well.
Absolutely great service. They go over and beyond. We ran out of power at our house and they allowed us to charge our devices there. They allowed us to use their WiFi, facilities and gave us coffee. Very friendly staff and clean large place. They are very accommodating as they allowed pets there as well. They were extremely busy yet they still came to check on us if we're ok. I wish I could give them an extra star! Shout out to Clive at the front desk! He's awesome!
