Wishing more care was given to how I wanted the arrangement to be made but they did get the flowers I requested which I very much appreciated. I partly chose the gourmet basket that accompanied the flowers because it was a lovely wired basket, perfect for my daughter's new apartment but it was a standard wicker basket that was delivered - the goodies inside were however exactly what was described on their web site and very lovely. Slight hiccup with the delivery which I tried to rectify as I am a fellow florist and know how irritating insufficient delivery details are but I was made to feel like a bothersome customer when doing so. Not sure I would use them again.
I live in Toronto, and I wanted to send flowers to a friend for her birthday since I couldnt be there. I didnt find any arrangements on their website that really suited my friends taste, so I called the store and gave them an idea of what I was looking for. They were very confident that they understood what I wanted without seeing anything, and I trusted them. And they did not let me down! Later that evening my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet, gushing over how much she liked it. The ladies at Alta Vista did a really amazing job! And they also managed to deliver on the same day I ordered, even though I know they had a bunch of other orders and a wedding they were working on. But they still managed to work in my custom arrangement. My biggest thanks to this team, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs excellent and fast service!
Great service, I was beaming from the little pop-up after the purchase that was asking follow-up questions that I knew were meant to deliver a customized and personal experience for the person receiving them. I got a reminder it was futile understanding my lady because she was smiling, laughing, angry and crying at the same time, while chewing the chocolates. Then she wasn't sure what she liked more between the chocolates and the flowers. Then it became flower trivia because she wanted to know the names of the flowers she liked (this eventually turned out to be all of them). There I was sweating like a gypsy with a mortgage trying to answer what every flower was because she like them so much. I think she'll eat them after the chocolates, so I will keep another review in my drafts. She was impressed by how fast they got to her, and I was also one happy sender. Thanks Alta Vista Flowers.
Thank you Alta Vista Flowers for such GREAT customer service. When flowers were not available as posted they called to ask if they could used something else. Instructions were followed. Here is what the receiver of the bouquet wrote: "Thanks for the beautiful arrangement of flowers. They are so pretty and brightened my day. I love the colors. There are lots of blooms that are still closed and will open later in the week. The florist did an excellent job. How thoughtful of you all." Thanks again.
We were blown away by the beautiful florals Karen and her team prepared for our wedding. She worked within our budget and captured our vision perfectly. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results and got so many compliments on the bouquets and table arrangements. We brought home the arrangements for a BBQ the next day and they lasted for almost a whole week. Highly recommended!
