Would give no stars if I could. I missed the 1 pm delivery deadline for same-day because the website wouldn't accept any of my cards even though there were no error messages given with my entries and I double checked them all. I shop online all the time so it's not like I'm not familiar with card purchases. Then I tried calling the number and it took the guy so long to process my information that it was 1:05 pm when he tried to place the order and told me same day was no longer available. If there's absolutely no flexibility when the issue is on the COMPANY'S end, it's more customer disservice than service. Absolutely will not shop here again and will recommend others not to shop using this service as well. Certainly not person-focused. It's system/machine-focused.
Bloomex has an horrible customer service. We ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral. They delivered the flowers 4 days before the funeral, 4 DAYS!!! Since we could'nt attend, we were advise by our family and the funeral home that the flowers were faded and dead on the funeral day. As soon as I learned that, I called to get a refund. You can't talk to an agent on the phone, they litteraly hang up after their message that tells you to go on live chat. That's what I did, their answer was they don't offer refunds but they offer to resend the flowers to home address, send a gourmet hamper or a gift certificate. We paid 95$ for flowers to be delivered at a funeral, we don't want those flowers at home, we won't even eat their basket and we surely won't ever buy from them again. This is unacceptable. Don't buy from them!!
Ordered flowers this morning for my girlfriend at about 10am. She received delivery by 2pm and the bouquet was absolutely stunning. She was almost in tears when calling me as it was a complete surprise.Amazing service, great prices, friendly delivery staff and above all a beautiful selection that looks even better in person than on the website.Well done and thank you for making my girlfriends day.
Getting the flowers was a pain! Communication with the staff is awful and only done in a chat. I ordered flowers one early morning and paid extra for expediting it. But then they couldnt guarantee it until 5pm even though I selected before morning. Emily was not helpful and didnt communicate well and kept not answering or closing the chat. Finally someone else helped me. Flowers were delivered prior to 2pm as requested. In the end it worked out, flowers were great and I was happy. Loss of star because or the issues in the beginning...I saw the flowers after and the quality was good. They came in a flower box with the card.
Just placed my 16th flower order. I have been using Bloomex for 6 years and am 100% satisfied with both the price and the quality of flowers coming out of Ottawa. On two occasions I experienced a delivery problem (frozen flowers and a routing error) and customer service could not have been more helpful. You earned my 5 stars Bloomex.
