Absolutely content with the flowers which were for a family funeral. I ordered them at 11am and they arrived at The funeral home at 1.30pm the same day. The flowers were front and center at the Church which means a lot to Italian families. Our family couldn't be happier with the assortment and arrangement. Thank you very much for a job well done. It made my parents' day at such a difficult time. Everyone was asking where we got the arrangement so I let them know... It was well worth the drive from Barrhaven. We will not only be repeat customers but you will be receiving future business from friends and family as well. Cheers and thanks again.

Also, the owners are absolutely delightful to chat with. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and sincerely dedicated to ensuring our needs are met - and ON TIME. I know I can trust their mastery and efficiency to facilitate any occasion that comes up. They recently went above and beyond to deliver a graduation bouquet which blew us all away. Freshly cut flowers were ready the following morning. Our kitchen continues to resonate from the aroma of the bouquet. You have got to treat yourself to the interaction and treat that special somebody to their magic.

I would normally give a 5 stars to this flower shop because usually I get beautiful flowers. This time around my husband picked up a bouquet and it cost him 13$ more than usual (and I always order the same bouquet). When I called to ask why the price difference and let them know the roses had died within 4 days, I was told what do you want me to do , you don't have to shop at our store. Plain rude! After a few back and forth with the situation she offered to reimburse the flowers if I bring them back. Really, an apology goes a long way and what's with being rude to customers??? Very displeased with the customer service. I guess you see the real side of people when an issue comes up.
