I went to this facility to purchase a number of arrangements for my mothers funeral. I spoke to one of the designers about which arrangements I needed for my moms funeral...a total of six arrangements, spending over 900$ in flowers. Mind you, this designer wrote my order on a small piece of paper and hardly any detail as to what my requests were.One arrangement I had asked for was 150$ worth of roses in a glass vase for the front table of my moms funeral service. Instead I received a pot of an arrangement of different flowers...which didnt even look worth 150$ to begin with.Secondly, more than 25% of the flowers in each arrangement were unbloomed. I was devastated to see these flowers. I was hoping to have the arrangements look full of life and color. The colours I had chosen were pink and purple, my mothers favourite colours... and the majority of these arrangements looked pink and green. The Lillies were completely closed. Not even bloomed. Why would you put Lillies and other flowers that arent even bloomed?I was so upset that these flowers didnt turn out well, I didnt want to send my mother off this way. Not something I want to remember doing for my mother for the last time.I called the company a few times for a couple of weeks and told me they would call me back, after theyve spoke to the designer. I spoke to a gentlemen whom was very empathetic about my situation three weeks after my mothers funeral And said he would give me a call back.Finally, a customer service rep named Diane called me back about the flowers and the designer. She told me the designer said those were the arrangements I had asked for. I never asked for unbloomed flowers on my mothers casket. She told me theres nothing that can be done. She hardly sounded empathetic of my situation, and left me in tears after I hung up. The next step to this is disputing this with my credit card company and hope they can help me, when this absolutely horrid floral company wasnt helpful at all, nor empathetic. I would NEVER go back to this company. Ever. And I would never recommend this place to anyone else either.
I was driving home from downtown when one of their work vans cut me off on the highway and almost caused an accident. I have the whole footage on camera so i will be bringing in the evidence to the station. I could see him waving his arms and being angry when he was the one who almost caused the accident. When I go to pass him i can see him swearing at me from his lips and giving me insults, driving like an idiot trying to cut me off again. Really not impressed and will be recommending everyone to stay away from this floral shop

Alain and Jean were very accommodating. The Euro Mini Bouquets - 20 Pack was perfect for my event and the flowers were so fresh. They recommend picking them up 2 days in advance which gave them the right amount of time to open up beautifully.
Ordered flowers for our wedding a few years ago. Overall presentation was fine, but some parts of the order were not as expected. They delivered the flowers to the wrong venue and we had to somehow guess where they were delivered despite providing them with the correct address. Had trouble contacting them after wedding to discuss issues.
