Extremely disappointed...I purchased some flowers for Mothers day.. When my Mom received them she was quite happy about the surprised, and sent me some photos. I was shocked to see the flowers she received were nothing like I had chosen online on their website. Not only were the flowers wrong many were broken. I contacted the shop and nicely explain that I didnt get what I had ordered and wasnt happy with the quality of how the flowers were damaged especially when I paid almost 100 dollars for them. They agreed to refund me 50% of what I had paid. I was completely happy with that. But it never happened. Its now been over a month and I never received any refunds the staff stopped answering my email when I told them I didnt get a refund. I paid almost 100 dollars for this flower arrangement and they honestly looked like something I could of got at the grocery store for 20 bucks. They clearly dont value their customers and lied about giving me a refund, probably just to get rid of me. I do not recommend buying flowers from them.
Working with Pavel for our wedding was great. He listened to us and didnt pressure us at all to go with something we werent comfortable with. He came up with the best solutions for our budget and we really appreciated that! And the flowers were so beautiful. Thanks again!

Everything we envisioned for our wedding came to life with Pavel and his teams work. Words cannot describe how "wowed" we were when we walked into our reception and saw the beautiful flowers!
