Great shop. I like it for house plants. People not very friendly or helpful. Not accessible with a stroller.
We hired the crew at Flowers Talk Tivoli to create our bouquets, boutonnieres and table flowers for our wedding. The end result was incredible and really worked with the theme and colours of the day. There was a few small problems with organization of our file along the way, but nothing major and no problems arose. Incredible work, I'd highly recommend!
Visited with a glass bowl in hand, inquiring about terrarium supplies. Staff invited me to shop around and assemble what I needed on the work bench, then offered to build a terrarium for me on the spot! Came to just $20 + taxes, and I now have a lovely miniature garden on my coffee table. Very happy with my experience.

I was very upset by my experience here. I set up a wedding consultation which went well, but everything seemed to fall apart from there. I had a 5000$ budget which, while not a royal wedding, is still nothing to sneeze at. My quote took longer than I was told it would, but I was willing to let that go entire because things happen - life, funerals, etc. After receiving the quote roughly a week later instead of within the next two days as I was originally promised, I requested some photos of what Elizabeth had in mind in terms of overall size and shape (I live in Vancouver but got married in Ottawa, so I couldn't exactly pop in on a whim and everything following the in-person consultation needed to be done electronically). I was told that I would receive some photos within the day. That didn't happen. Again, I was still willing to chalk it up to simple error, miscommunication, or life getting in the way - no biggie. So a couple of days later, I emailed a gentle reminder about the photos, and then never got a response. Ever. Even my wedding planner who frequently recommends this shop was astounded. I had been so looking forward to working with Elizabeth because she seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for from the get-go, but this was all just too much. And I'm not about to hound people or run after them to beg them to take my money. And to have received no reply, particularly after a free consultation that theoretically costs them money (time is money after all), I find it particularly surprising. If someone doesn't wish to work with me, that's fine. But to ghost a potential client who has been nothing but polite and respectful, is far less than I would expect of people with so much experience under their belt.
