Worst waiting times and excessive fees. They expect you to WAIT 7 HOURS+++I arrived at 8 pm, was told 3-4 HOUR wait. Four hours later at 12 AM, I told the receptionist I would like to LEAVE. She assured me I would be next, convinced me to stay, it wouldn't be much longer. It was another HOUR before we saw the vet. Vet did a quick test on the animal, and told me the results would be ready in HALF AN HOUR. Another HOUR went by and my results were still NOT READY. At this point it was after 2:30 AM. 3 AM I had to go, with or without results. I asked for my animal back and to pay the bill so I could go. They would not give me my cat, they would not let me leave. They brought me to a room in the back where they tried to make me wait EVEN LONGER. No one would take my payment. It felt like they were trying to torture me now, I was in tears. I eventually told them they can keep it the cat and I went home.8 HOURS in this HELL HOLE, turned me off pets forever. I spent about $500 at that visit, for some antibiotics, when BTW they were such LITTLE help to my animal. Then I put my 2 cats up for adoption so I will never be in a situation like that ever again. I miss them I'm but glad I will never step foot in a place like this ever again. Lucky I didn't lose my job over this, the next day because I had no sleep, I was so upset, I was a total basket case, crying at work.

This by far is the best Vet Clinic I have been to. From the clerks at the front desk to the doctors service is always friendly and helpful. They truly do care about your pet. Recommend it to any who is looking for a vet. The only downside is, if you go on emergency at night they only have one Doctor and the wait time can be long. They should get a second doctor for overnights.

Frankly, it appears the good reviews here are fake! There is no way this can be right. The hospital is not well managed, and the wait time is outrageous. There is no estimate on when they would see your pet. It can easily be done the same way as general/civic hospital so people know what to do. The technicians just change shifts without handing over information properly, so over the long hours you are sitting there waiting you have to repeat the issue quite few times where they dont keep a history to be able to evaluate if your pets condition is worsening. They do triage that seems so informal as they dont take any notes or history and dont write down the vital signs, so they keep asking your pets name and the condition they are in and it would make you feel they are unprofessional and at this point after seeing here for 12 hours, I am unsure if I trust them with my pet or with their treatment really! As a vet I would have come out to see if any animal is in distress and maybe evaluate some cases that are deemed to be lower priority. I mean you can own it and take a 5 minutes break to walk around so people feel they are taken care of. Unfortunately I have to wait another 2 hours here (add that to 12) to just get in to see a vet, because I cant risk my pets health and have no other choice but from one professional to another professional pick it up! You are dealing with lives here! People come here to trust you with their loved ones! Be professional! Be accountable!! At least hold a notebook and fake being attentive! Quite few people had to leave with their sick animals for being frustrated and having to take care of their kids or other pets at home. This cant be right.

A pet emergency brought us here late on a Sunday. The staff were very helpful and compassionate even though they were completely overloads d that night. We did lode our pet but the people were great and we completely understood the situation.

I LOVE THIS VETERINARIAN HOSPITAL... I take my Fur Babies here ever 5-6 weeks for them to cut my dogs nails. The staff is fantastic here.
