Brought our injured rat in a couple of month ago, was told to either have operation or put him down(or he will die a painful death, we were told) Doctor did not ask about how the rat could have got the injury, his cage mate, what's normal and what's abnormal behavior, squeezed the rat and said ''he is obviously in discomfort', ...we decided neither option was acceptable. Now a couple of months later, our rat has long fully recovered and is perfectly healthy. This place may be good for cats and dogs, but not recommended for small pets, or just this one doctor maybe. They did call quite a few times to "follow up on when are we doing the surgery"... How considerate..
Staff and Doctors are amazing here. We starting coming here for Acupuncture for our Beagle. I swear it helped our dogs pain. We were so scared to do the surgery that she might have needed. Thanks to the Doctor here we no longer need it.
This team of veterinarians are outstanding. Prices are comparable to others in city . Ample parking. Staff very friendly and it's obvious they are all animal lovers! Wouldn't go anywhere else.. Highly Recommend
Absolutely wonderful. I am new to the area and was having a difficult time finding a vet that is experienced with Rabbits. I needed a last minute appointment as one of my rabbits started showing signs of an illness they booked us in and we saw Dr Johnson he was amazing to work with as well as his vet tech and front desk staff. I thought for sure with his extensive knowledge and the very large and modern clinic that it was going to cost a lot to habe my rabbit seen but it was a very standard rate he was very thorough with my Rabbit and we are on the mend with the antibiotics that we very inexpensive. I am so happy that I have found such a wonderful vet clinic.
