best spa experience ever!! for those of you who may be deterred by reviews regarding prices, speaking as someone who has a hard time justifying spending money solely on myself.. this was worth every penny!booked a facial last minute yesterday, hoping some r&r would relieve a long build up of stress (that my skin was now paying for). anna was awesome, the experience she provided not only made me feel pampered but most importantly relaxed. will definitely make this a regular thing from now on
I've been to see Andrea for mani/pedis. She's a seasoned pro! I've found myself asking questions about products or techniques out of interest during our appointments and she happily shared her knowledge and tips! Very friendly front desk staff as well, and when a couple of my nails happened to chipped 2-3 days after my manicure, I was able to come back in and have the chipped nails fixed or redone, no charge.
There must have been a change in ownership recently as I do not recognize the experience I recently had here wit the glowing reviews posted below. Very poor service, indifferent staff. Overall a big disappointment especially for the price. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
What a disappointment. Poor service and sky high prices. I had decided to treat myself and went all out. Sparing no expense, I expected a real Spa experience that I was promised. Instead, I received mediocre services. Make no mistake, this is not a Spa but just a pretentious beauty parlour.
