I love going to Rinaldo's Lansdowne! The shop is absolutely beautiful and the staff are great. They are very attentive to your needs and work hard to make you feel comfortable. I love going to see Lisa for any hair service. She is so kind and helpful when making decisions on colour and cut. I have been going to see her for years and she does not disappoint. Great shop and great people!
i have been going to this salon since they first opened in 2014. it's a friendly and welcoming environment and i have never been disappointed with my services. it's a relaxing atmosphere and all the ladies there are friendly, warm, and take time to ask what you want. they are always as accommodating as possible when booking or needing to shift appointments. i get compliments on my hair colour all time and quickly refer people to my stylist - who has never let me down! i recommend this salon very highly.
I travel from Barrhaven to get my hair down by the Owner of this Salon Lisa because of how fantastic she is. I am very confident in their services and always refer friends and family to this salon. Thank you for all your hard work and attention to detail!
A bit disappointed, I like the salon and location and was always satisfied with my hair. However I would say terrible customer service. My services were cancelled the day of twice in the last 4 months and I was not able to get my hair accommodated at the same time in order to still keep my timeline for two major family events. Still waiting on them to call me back for refund for prepaid services. I have followed up twice and no luck.updated: it took two weeks, although I was disappointed in the process, they were not apologetic and did not give refund and made us buy products for our existing credit. You should consider a policy that if you are cancelling an appointment due to a sick call (2 hour prior to apt) especially on the weekend when we have special events to accommodate with stylist at same time.
Love this place! I have followed one of the owners for many years. Quality just keeps getting better and better. So nice to see it grow. :)
