I had never had molecular gastronomy and........by far right now the best restaurant I've been to. It is quite expensive but so worth it. It's a 12 course meal with the optional wine pairing for each course. The wine was perfectly paired to compliment each of the courses. We had one server that had knowledge on the wine and very minimal for the food but our second server had perfect knowledge about the food but minimal in wine. The food and I mean all of it was cooked to perfection and it had so many flavour profiles it was incredible but it wasn't overwhelming at all since they each complimented one another. Every plate was well thought of and perfectly executed. Would definitely go back in a heart beat.
Minimalist decor, but food was certainly not minimalist. Each course was a marvel of flavors and the presentation fun and unique. Truly a special meal. Can't wait to come again.
I didn't know what to expect as the menu apparently changes often. But when you make your reservation, you discuss all food allergies and dislikes, so your meal is especially tailored to you.The service was exceptional and the wine pairings were spot-on. It's a long meal, but each course is worth the wait.Not inexpensive: for special occasions only.
This is always my special occasion restaurant. I make it a goal that if I accomplish something that I've been working on for awhile, I reward myself by going to this restaurant. It's the experience that this restaurant gives that makes all the difference. The food is remarkable, the staff is kind and knowledgable, and I absolutely love it.
Amazing experience. Food was incredibly creative, tasty, and memorable. Highly recommend if it is something that sounds interesting. If you are questioning, hard to advise as you need some imagination and willingness to embrace the food. Again, great time here and would definitely go again.
