There is a need to eliminate doctors like Dr Code in research hospitals like this one. Her time could be best spent caring for wild Komodo Dragons rather than humans. Useless is the best way to discribe this facility and others like this. A waste of tax payers money. You become their guinea pig with no reward except another broken medical promise like the one we were given many decades ago regarding cancer with still no cure in sight after multiple millions of dollars spent in research. Sound familiar?? Stick with your family doctor and say no to facilities like this.
The very best hospital in Ottawa. It's easy to reach by public transport. It's clean, bright, fast, friendly, cheerful, professional, easy to navigate. Other campuses could learn a lot from the Riverside.
Dissapointed in the endocrinology unit. Don't make you feel like a valued patient, doctor maybe spends 5 minutes with you if you are lucky... This part of the hospital always incurs delays as the day goes on. Make an appointment at 9:00am, will go in at 9:00am. Your appointment is at 3:00pm? You won't go in until 4:00pm minimum. Depressing.

My teenage daughter just had day surgery to repair ACL. I just needed to say how impressed I was with all the staff from checking in, to her nurse, the woman that transported her to OR, anesthesiologist, and doctor. They made the whole experience much smoother and it felt like they cared! Thank you.
