Had my roof done in May and it looks great. Tufon and his crew were top notch from beginning to end. They answered all my questions and even took the time to come to my work when I couldn't be home to meet them. Many roofs are going up in my neighbor hood currently and their quality beats the competition hands down. Their prices and the extras are hard to beat. I enjoyed the fact that they do the work themselves and didn't outsource. Keep up the great work Vanity!!!
This is a bit of an odd review as Vanity didn't actually work on our house. But I want to commend them on their service and professionalism. After looking at our roof and deciding that they weren't the company to do the job, the Vanity employee gave us the names of two other companies that might be better suited. He told us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns after getting a quote. His honesty and helpfulness was refreshing, and I will be calling them up when we need our main roof replaced.
I called Vanity and a couple other roofing companies as I woke up one morning with water leaking from my old roof. Vanity was the only company that was able to show up within the days end. A small crew of 3 came over a few hours later to re-shingle and patch the roof. Changing the roof was something I personally thought could be done in a year or two but after seeing pictures of blown off, curled up shingles, and an area where my plywood was exposed... I asked for a quote on the spot. Kevin, gave me a rough estimate for replacing the entire rooftop and I compared it with several other local companies. Although, it was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, Vanity seemed to be more than knowledgeable in there craftsmanship. Big thanks, to Vanitys crew once again for getting the job done quickly, honestly, and with respect to the property. Thanks, for coming to the rescue gentleman!
We contacted three different companies and found Vanity Roofing to be right in the middle for price. Our first meeting with Tufan set the tone for the professionalism that was present for the whole job, from start to finish.They did a walk around both before and after the job and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The crew were hard working and extremely detail oriented, one member of the crew was even cleaning up as the work was getting done. Everything that was promised in the initial meeting was fulfilled above and beyond our expectations. I'll never need another roof in my lifetime, but if you do, don't hesitate to call Vanity Roofing.
What an impressive company! After receiving some very professional brochures from Vanity Roofing, I decided to get a quote from them to see how they compared with other roofing companies in terms of pricing. Well, they were extremely reasonably priced, and, what's more, they were using the best quality of tiles and vents currently available on the market. But what completely sold me on going with Vanity Roofing was when I visited the addresses of a few of their clients to check out how a particular tile I was interested in actually looked on a roof. The tile I wanted looked as great as I had hoped, and, better still, I could see that the work Vanity Roofing did was flawless and expertly done. They have some great people to discuss your roofing needs with (friendly Tufon dropped by to discuss the job and give me a quote, and Kevin patiently went over all aspects of the job with me again before the work even started) and the roofing team did an amazing job that surpassed my own expectations. Even their post clean-up was amazing (if not for my beautiful new roof, I could hardly tell they had been there!). Seriously, for a great roofing experience, don't hesitate to call these guys. Highly recommended.*********************Follow up review: I had a condensation problem develop on the ceilings in my upstairs bathrooms, after Vanity Roofing replaced my roof, owing to the fact that the upstairs bathroom fans were simply pulling the steam from the shower and sending it into the space between the top floor and the roof. Vanity Roofing offered an excellent solution to the problem (installing 2 draft vents to allow the humid air to be directed to the outside). They came in to do the work quickly and with the same quality that they showed when replacing my roof. It's not easy working in an attic, but they just got on with it and got the job done to my total satisfaction. I will always call Vanity Roofing first for all my roofing needs.
