Great, friendly and professional service from start to finish! We had our roof done with Firon over a month ago in Greely. Firon provided me with a reasonable quote, everything was well explained and my questions answered, all without any pressure tactics. I've reached out to several people in the company a few times and have never had problems reaching them or getting the information I needed. The job was done exactly as promised, surprisingly in less than 2 days (right before the rainfall which had me a bit worried if the job was not done on time, but it was), with the roof/vents looking exactly as expected. The follow up inspection visit was very good as well, with a few items of interest to me checked out and an additional nail sweep with a magnet performed. Since then we had a few heavy rainfalls and just recently a very windy day with a tornado in Ottawa area. No issues with the roof at all. Very satisfied dealing with this company, top notch!
