Not motorcycle friendly. Rude staff. Sensors don't pick up motorcycles properly and the staff blames the rider or the card (even though the card was accepted by the machine). Tried to tell me to turn around on their incredibly steep ramp and drive back up into oncoming traffic. For their crazy rates ($25/day), they should be better.

I parked for 2 hours. At $3/half hour, that should have been $12, which is already exorbitant, but the attendant charged me $20. I wrote to Impark to complain and have gotten no response.
As other reviewers have commented, this parking structure is expensive and cramped - but what do you expect of a dated parking structure downtown.If you do not have great driving skills and an understanding on how to navigate tight spaces, definitely recommend that you park elsewhere.
