Did you know you can get a parking ticket by Impark? I received one for $42.61 last night for parking in a spot marked "small cars". I thought this was a suggestion, not a "no parking zone". I had plenty of room on all sides of my vehicle, I was not parked too close to other cars or impeding traffic in any way. It was not posted anywhere that it was considered a parking infraction to park there, nor was it posted that there was a risk of a fine. I am horrified that you can be fined in a paid lot. What terrible customer service to a paying customer!!!
Parking bien situ. Gratuit les samedis et dimanches mais il faut quand mme prendre un billet et le valider pour pouvoir sortir. Le parking est ouvert 24h mais un panneau indique qu'on ne peut pas stationner pour la nuit. .. ce point n'est pas clair.
Poor signage and major charges for not finding the right spot. Poor customer service and inaccurate rate/charge posting. Better choice would be at the NAC parking or at any of the City of Ottawa parking lots, which have been very straightforward.
i have been going to school at WIllis College on O'Connor street and this parking lot has made it very easy for me to drive to school. My school does not have their own parking so i have to find somewhere in busy Ottawa to park my car for 5 hours. This parking lot is fairly easy to get too and i can always find a parking lot. It is a bit expensive but i would recommend
Parked there for 5 hour it cost $28 they told me it was because I had a pickup truck $18 if i drove a car this place is a total rip off the car next to me pays $18 I pay $28 and the spot are the same size
