It's a parking garage. But, on a Monday evening we had no problem finding a spot. (And the garage counter on the outside is an easy way to tell if there are spots)For maybe 2 hours it was no more than $4-6. Pretty reasonable for a city, regardless of the night! And it's located centrally to a ton of restaurants and bars.
This parking lot has increased it's rates by 40% and now there are crackheads in the stairwells at night! I called the city to complain and they suggested I call the police. You know, because the police have nothing to do but wander around parking garages at night to shew away crack heads.
