What a great place to take your family :)Some tips. -Skip the elevators, they take a long time. Be ready to use the stairs. -Start with the Dinosaur section, that's the best part of the museum.-Bring your own snacks as the restaurant closes early If you want to save money, go on Free Thursdays, be ready to jungle through crowds.

The exhibits are amazing, meant for all audiences. The staff is pretty kind, even though not interactive (I guess in a museum they aren't supposed to be). The building is in the style of an old castle, which adds a pretty cool vibe to it. They tend to have special exhibits every so often, which are really fascinating. One example is an exhibit about bioluminescence where they had all different types of glowing animals and fungi. Anyway, if you are looking for a museum to take your kids to, this should definitely be on of your options.

Great place to take your young kids. There are several hands on activities for kids to interact with ranging from a ship to go into, boats, kitchen with foods, a supermarket with a scanner to calculate calories for a bear, very large ice pieces that are 2 meters tall to touch and many more. Each floor is equipped with a bathroom. There are 4 floors and they are accessible via 2 large elevators. There is usually a 3-5 minute wait for the elevator, so if you do not need a stroller do not bring it with you. Overall a great experience for kids. This space is not for adults!

Fantastic museum, and I have been to many. The dinosaur area is especially interesting. Expect to spend a few hours. Don't rush the experience. The exhibits were fun yet informative, without being too flashy. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent displays aimed at all ages - easy to spend a day here and still not see everything! The Arctic display and the Dinosaur display were our family's favourites, with the insect display a close second. The building itself is beautiful and the staff and volunteers were very friendly and well-informed. Overall, an excellent experience!
