My family have been using this travel agency for nearly ten years for bus tours, air tickets, vacation packages and other services, all extremely good experience. They have kind and knowledgeable staffs there and they are always very helpful. They have a wide range of bus tours to choose from. We have taken many of their tours such as Quebec City Tour, Toronto & Niagara Falls Tour, 3-day New York Tour, 4-day US East Coast Tour, 7-day Maritimes Tour, West Canada Tour, etc. Pretty good experience overall: reasonable price, comfortable buses, well-designed itineraries, very knowledgeable and helpful tour guides, good hotel stays. The service has been very consistent in the past many years, we really enjoyed these tours we took so far (most recent one we took was the 7-day Maritimes this summer) and we will definitely come back to explore the rest of bus tours. We highly recommend this travel agency and we will certainly continue using their service!
We Took a 3 day tour from Ottawa and took us to 1000 islands, Toronto, Flowerpot Island and Niagara Falls. Our tour guide was Dong he was extremely helpful and was available 24/7, the tour was great surpassed my expectation. I would not hesitate to travel with Midearth again. Gave 4 stars because the choice of restaurant was not the best, the buffet at the 1000 islands was a bad choice.
I have used the services of many travel agencies in Canada and I can definitely say my experience last weekend with Midearth Travel has been the most pleasant. We used their service for a 7 day maritimes trip. The driver and the tour guide were extremely responsible and friendly. The bus was clean and comfortable. The hotels and meals they booked were quite good too (two lobster meals included). The trip was a bit in a rush, but given it covered so many attractions, we can't complaint about that. Our overall experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
