Thanks to Jayme I am heading to USA AND Europe! I liked that Jayme understood that I can't be on the phone for very long and she easily communicated on email. She was very accommodating and pleasant! She went above regular customer service! I also liked when we chatted, that she went into perfect detail! Thanks Jayme for going back and forth so many times and being so patient!

Flight Centre Glebe is a great place to book your first vacation. I came in there with my intended destination and plans and they helped set everything up. The people there (Sam and Lisa, specifically) were very patient in explaining everything I'd want/need and the prices I'd be expecting to pay. They also helped me find better options as the days passed (I booked 3 months in advance). The week before my flight, they called me in to get me all set with the documents I'd need. I'd definitely consider coming back in the future :)

I've called Flight Centre Glebe from Montreal several times since 2011 and always got the best service. Never had a problem with my bookings and really enjoyed the staff -- very personable and professional, and the same agents remembered me over the years. Rather than a sterile call centre experience, it feels like sitting down with a person over coffee. Great service, honestly.
