NEEDS RENOVATIONS! Needs Tim Hortons needs a little food court, gift shop maybe a child play room. Ive been there since 1997 and still looks the same just awful! Very disappointing!
Why don't the busses have curtains?! Why does one half of the bus have to roast in the sun while the other is in the shade on a 6 hour bus ride. Install some curtains for god's sake! There outta be a law.
Clean, organized. Has a coffee shop and sub shop but no convenience store.
Ottawa Bus Terminal is very convenient. But needs to be renovated with a better selection of quality cafes for health-conscious travellers. The Subway fast food joint there is just atrocious.
The station itself might need fixing up but the staff is amazing. Especially those at the ticket counter, very cheery and helpful
