No restrooms, only one outdated departures and arrivals screen. little to no seating outdoors, few benches inside the shelters. Some platforms very narrow creating congestion between passengers boarding and disembarking, while other platforms unusually wide. Transfers between certain platforms very lengthy, often involving stairs and overpasses. Elevators very small and slow. Station generally not very clean especially during the winter months. Does the job as a bus station but lots of room for improvement.
Have been waiting for the bus for 30 minutes. Once the bus had finally arrived the driver left without checking if theres riders! Worst drivers ever, very disrespectful! Now I have to wait for 30 minuets again.
The staff if their young are very helpful, had many problems with the older female staff who belong in a retirement home, saw a comment about being verbally attacked because of a community bus pass, this is true, I have seen this many times, mostly but not all older white people. Everyone needs too understand people need this pass, senior passes are around the same price, not everybody is abusing this type of pass. Shut up and grow up, baby boomers are so disrespectful, insensitive and won't be around much longer spreading there hateful racist beliefs.
It is very good, nice and clean. There are different busses that either start or stop here. There is a presto customer service here. There is a food shop here too so incase you need to grab something for a quick eat
The staff are sometimes friendly & helpful, a lot a typical white racist scumbags come here, I know because I had to come here to get my community bus pass & every time you will get hassled by these inbreds. I am black with a disability & still live with my parents who help me everyday. I need to travel around the city not to just have fun but I work part time as well. Shocked? I work with great people who respect me & know I am trying my best as a disabled person. Don't judge everyone who buys a community bus pass, if you are struggling you deserve one too, bus passes are too high. These people are threatening my security just to give there racist opinion, I work near The Redeau Center so I go there instead now, no one treats you like a second class citizen there.
