Great place to shop. Wide variety of stores to choose from. Something for everyone. They even have a play area for the toddlers. Food court offers a far selection of choices. You can even get groceries if needed.
Very quaint and friendly mall. 2 nice ladies wear clothing stores. Food Court is small but offers an excellent selection. Rockin' Johnny's Diner is a nice place to eat at reasonable prices. Let's not forget Cozy Covers downstairs for all you need to decorate a window or bedroom. It's a beautiful store that is exploding with great new ideas for your home. There are 2 shoe stores at the Westgate Shopping Centre. It's a nice Mall to visit as it's very small and all on one level.
I'm surprised this mall is still up but soon to be destroyed for again more condo they should fix it up drop there rent on their stores and maybe they would get better stores to rent there and revamp the whole place lots of seniors still going there bz they live around there so without that mall not sure where they will go if there only means of travelling is by walking 1st mall open in ottawa would be nice to keep some heritage in this city
Parking is adequate, and the facility is well maintained. The atmosphere, however, is depressing. Half the stores are open, the appearance is dated, and it's generally very quiet. If the right business moved in, I bet things could pick up a little.I like the barber shop, it's what keeps me there. Cash only, though.
A small shopping centre a lot of vacant shops go there mainly for Shoppers Drug mart, Ontario Service Centre (a very handy west end location but often very busy especially in the morning), and the News Stand
