Greg from the Irish Plumber was supremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Worked meticulously, was extremely efficient and really cared about the job. Took time to answer all my questions and also explained plumbing code, rebates/reimbursements available with the city, as well as implications for future work. Totally trust worthy and good natured. Also very courteous and prompt dispatch. Will definitely be calling again for my next plumbing needs.

Our experience with The Irish Plumber was very positive. Greg was knowledgeable, professional and kind. He took the time to explain everything to us and walk us through the work he was doing. He was super-friendly with our kids too! They loved him and loved to watch him work. Our issue was a challenging one to resolve, and Greg innovated to put a solution in place while minimizing holes in the floor and ceiling. On a late Tuesday evening, our kitchen sink was completely clogged. In a quick online search, we settled on The Irish Plumber and I sent a note via the online form. Less than 20 minutes later, I not only had an email and a text (as per my request), but had confirmed an appointment for the next morning at 8 am. Greg appeared right on time, super nice and polite (despite the chaos that reigns in our house at the time!) and got to work. The issue was much worse than anticipated and Greg worked ALL day to make sure that it was resolved. He was diligent, attentive to any questions we had and bottom line, got the job done.
