This was our first experience hiring a company to help us move. The service we received from everyone on the Boyd team was nothing but amazing. The day of the move, all of the movers showed up on time and they we're so professional, easy to deal with and most importantly handled all our items with extreme care. The overall experience was truly worth every single penny! I would HIGHLY recommend using Boyd.
Absolutely terrible customer service, one of the owners is cute rude, accounting is very slow on providing invoices and very quick on putting account on credit hold. Definitely not recommend Boyd!
