This place is great! Owner is amazing, fast and friendly service. Their mango smoothie thing is unreal. Highly recommend!
First time visiting this great place! The food was a good value but I did find some of the dishes a bit dry like they had been sitting out for a while, but overall everything was very tasty. We ordered the combo tray which included one meat option along with two vegetable options. I ordered a mango lassi to go with it which was very thick and delicious. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in need of a taste of Indian food. If you live in the area I suggest you check it out.
I went to this restaurant thinking that It would be a great experience but it was far from that. I ordered the curry beef meal. The food was cold except for the rice which seemed to have been placed in a microwave. The food lacked that traditional Indian heat that one would expect. After eating the meal, I contracted food poisoning due to the lack of proper food handling and preparation. I felt like I was in prison cause the food was on a tray that one would eat from if incasarated.I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Totally disappointed once again and won't be going back...my husband picked up Pakoras and they are not what they used to be, over salted or seasoned taste terrible. Plus they charged $15- Seriously.!!..its only veggies and chickpea flour. On your website it says $9 Quite a difference, maybe try updating your website? I'll make my own from now on
WORST! Terrible place ever tried. We were returning from Ottawa to Toronto after tulip festival in the month of May. On the go wanted to eat some authentic and tasty Indian food, so searched on Google map...it gave us this place name along with some other restaurants. We chose this place all over others ( fell for the name which was a big mistake!). We were in hurry and too hungry, so asked what they can serve in short time. They said thali and also promoted mango lassi. We ordered two thalis and four lassi. To our badluck we were served with stale veggies and sour lassi with a small piece of naan. We should never disrespect the served food. But here I am blaming the disgusting mentality of the owner who served us stale food ( who took the disadvantage that we were in hurry!). On top of that for such stale food we ended up paying $15 per thali plus tax which is too much. Then our other two friends ordered just roti( not available) replaced by naan and one veggie...which is the same stale stuff they served. Total of $80 bill for stale food and after informing the couple owner about stale food they got angry and told us arrogantly they know their business. So people please don't fall for the name. If u are in hurry then better stop for a piece of pizza or some fries and take your way. Mr. And Mrs. owner have some courtesy and don't sell your remained stale stuff to the hungry if you want to go longer in this business.
