The food is cheap and god but the service is atrocious. The guy who's at the counter is very rude. I've been going there for over a year now and some times it's a different person, who's always nice and friendly. But this guy, not sure if he's the owner, shouldn't be dealing with customers. He'll always use the term 'my friend' even when he's shouting at you. Today, he denied me getting a lid for the 2 slices that I bought and wanted to take out. When I said I needed it, he threw the lid at me.I've been to other 1for1 before and this is by far the worst location. The experience is always ruined by this one person. What's annoying is that I always have to think twice before going in, whilst hoping this guy isn't at the counter
I like their pizza and services. Their prices are reasonable.
I ordered a pizza and it came promptly but the pizza was so incredibly under cooked that the dough was still raw. Whatever, that's one thing, but the driver was not very good at listening to directions on where to locate the apartment and started a minor tiff about it instead of just trusting myself, the person who has lived on the property for 6 years. He did what he wanted and ended up in my neighbour's backyard before calling me and listening to what I told him to do from the beginning. Waste of time. Not sure if they changed their staff because the service used to be much better. 2 stars because they have vegetarian gravy.
Im rating the food and prices not the service bc the man who usually serves me pretends to be nice but i can see he doesnt like me bc when he smiles its forced and he is easily upset over nothing. I think he hates serving me by his body language and demeanor.
Delicious pizza at competitive prices. They carry many different varieties of pizzas from Hawaiian, Mexican, vegetarian, Greek, pepperoni and cheese, plain cheese etc. Take out and dine in is available along with Uber eats and such. Centrally located, with bus, car and waking access. Staff is generally polite and helpful.
