It took 1 hour and 20 min for delivery, the driver called me for direction (he showed up 20 later.. never heard of Google maps?)when the pizza got to me...it was cold and undercooked. When I called to share my disappointment with tthre service, I was told to go elsewhere next time. I'm particularly disappointed of this franchise. I enjoy Milanos very much and I definitely will order from milanos again but not the 339 Dalhousie location. on customer service.
Why offer free cheese curds on certain days with full priced items if youve never honored such deal? And when you call and inquire they're beyond rude and again refuse to honor their promotion. Good way to make an extra buck and lose valued customers
Went in there once to have a pizza. & It was a great experience. The pizza was served on time. It was looking fresh. It was tasty & delicious. The quantity of other foods was sufficient. The pricing is reasonable. The place is all okay.
Amazing spot with great pizza. The poutin is fantastic, and don't forget to add the deep fried cheese curds for a cool twist!
Ask for a receipt and get punched in the face. They also did not have a GST/HST number on their receipt. HORRID customer service and I ended up leaving with no pizza and a black eye. Good stuff Milanos pizza. Waiting to see you and your uncle in court.
