They were not just easy to contact, they were also very prompt. Their workmanship was perfect and everything was done effectively by them.

I had to call a locksmith once again, I give this locksmith 1 star; really if I could I would give them 0 stars! I have dealt with many locksmiths before so this is not something new to me. This Locksmith was a waste of my time, I had to go to work; the representative on the phone was dishonest and not transparent. She told me the locksmith would call me quick as she knew it was an emergency. It took 2 calls after 20 minutes for the locksmith to call me back. He told me it would be like 10 to 15 minutes. I said ok great, after 15 minutes no show! I had to call back again, the lady on the phone said he would be there quick especially when I specifically told her if theyre too busy I would call someone else. I had another locksmith that was willing to help me out and would be quicker than these guys, I cancelled because the lady on the phone told me oh he is going to be there soon". After that I waited and it was already an hour and half and still no show. I called them back and told them this is unacceptable, if it was going to take this long they should've just told me the truth instead of making me cancel on the other locksmith and making me late! Then the locksmith finally came he charged me $202. Just to open a door, he gave some lame excuse that he charges 29 and then 180. I have gone to other locksmiths before and last time they charged me 130 no more than that just to open the same door. So I dont understand where they got the idea to charge me 202. Worst part is they played a waiting game with me, I spoke to their supervisor and said flat out I should at least get a discount for the amount of time I waited. She gave me some bs excuse that many people were locked out in other areas! Im like really you think people are stupid! If that was the case you should have been honest and said from the start this might take more time than usual, instead you saw I was ready to give business to another locksmith and lied and waisted my time! As for the supervisor super rude and unprofessional, I work in real estate and calling you customers a liar is a NO NO! Take responsibility for your peoples incompetent dishonest service! At the end the guy tried to charge me more than what it really was, I had to do the math in front of him, otherwise I would have been charged more. He then proceeded to charge me the correct amount, these people are absolute crooks! Its disgusting really, next time be honest and transparent and do not lie to the customer about the wait time. Also do NOT TRY TO OVERCHARGE MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED! Someone who has a real estate license like me knows math, knows how much more youre trying to charge.
