The staff here at the Sunnyside branch are rays of sunshine. They're very helpful and compassionate, but also willing to help with even the most minor of questions. The selection is alright, but they have a system on their website that allows you to request books from other branches of the library. They place requested/held books on separate shelves, which is a little confusing at first, but works in the end. The self-checkout is very convenient and easy enough to use, just make sure you have your card ready when you start up the system. There also appears to be plenty of study space and support for local high school students and post-secondary students alike. The building itself is very nice and the large windows provide lots of natural light while you read. There's plenty of floor space on the main floor for studying, although I have yet to venture downstairs into the children's section.Overall, a wonderful branch!
This branch has a great selection of different books that you would need. It is smaller than some other branches in the city however the service here is great. Make sure to take out museum passes that most museums in Ottawa. This is a great way to see parts of the city inexpensively.
Despite this place showing up when i search google for 3D Scanning companies . it DOES NOT have a 3d scanner ... FYI
Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Wifi available gives access to resources outside the library.
