It's genuinely hard to express how dirty the building is, how abrasive the staff are and just how worthless and unpleasant the entire experience is. Not worth your time, your clothes won't get washed.
Very dirty place but affordable wash. Also staff was friendly.

Machines stained my clothing
I washed a knapsack here and when I retrieved it from the machine it was torn in numerous places. When I complained about it to the staff, in part to bring it to her attention that the machine wasn't functioning properly, she literally laughed at me. Oh well. It's just a bag. It's not like losing a business thanks to bad and rude service.
