I had the pleasure of using Maple Laundromat on Monday following a lengthy power outage at home. The reviews I read prior to choosing the laundromat were 100% accurate!! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, the location is spotless and the prices excellent! I will definitely be back with my larger loads.
I love these people! We drop our laundry off for the wash & fold service. It's not in our neighbourhood, but we went once and were really blown away by the customer service. Once I had forgotten that they only take cash for their wash & fold so the owner said I could pay next time. Once my partner went to actually wash laundry, instead of dropping it off, and she forgot cash. She asked the owner if she could leave the laundry while she ran to the bank, and the owner lent her change to get the wash started so my partner going to the bank wouldn't waste time. I can't say enough about them. Also - although we've only ever stayed to do our own laundry once, the facilities are so clean!

The owner of this laundromat is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She makes sure that you choose the best machine and settings for your laundry, and goes out of her way to make sure you're happy with the service. There are so many machines of different sizes that you have options for basically anything you need to wash. A wonderful laundry experience, highly recommended!
I moved to Ottawa almost 3 years ago and have tried a number of laundromats in the area. This one is my favourite, despite being further away than many others by my apartment. Their machines are top notch. They clean well and they're well maintained. They have different sizes for different sized loads and I can always find an unoccupied machine even during weekends. They have about 30 machines and 30 dryers. There's also plenty of space for folding your clothes. Their staff is lovely and they've given me some great washing tips over the years. They're very kind hearted and you can tell that they've developed lots of good relationships with their customers over the years. Finally, the laundromat is clean. In other laundromats I've rewashed things that dropped on the ground, but I don't really worry about that here. I've never used their wash and fold services so I can't really comment on that, but as far as self serve goes, they're great.
