I've had multiple issues with this company specifically. Because of my irregular pay dates I would occasionally ask them to push the date which they would always forget to do, so not only would they still take out the money but it would bounce (they charge $50. for it) and then my bank would charge me $90.00 and then they'd try again charging me which would be another $50. Ontop of that, as a level G licensed driver of over five years with only one accident (highway pile up due to weather conditions, no front end damage to my car, OPS declared I was not at fault) they would use that as a threat to stay with them and tried to underbid me on what was covered. My rate rarely went down after five years and I had very small coverage for what I was paying (a driver of 10+ years with one accident, G licensed for over 5 of those years should not be paying $121 a month) Finally, on my fifth year of being with this company, suddenly they had "pay information issues"and forgot to charge me for FOUR MONTHS. I tried calling their HO and every office I could find to rectify the situation the first month but they never got around to fixing it.... four months later I get a bill asking for about $600.00 ontop of my regular bill. When I called them the most I could talk them down to was paying an extra $60 a month to pay that "debt" off. Once I realized how ridiculous it was that I was paying for THEIR mistake I TRIED to fix immediately and asked that the funds be taken off as no one "loans car insurance" they NEVER got back to me. Doing the math this month just before I finally switch companies I actually see they may have overcharged me this month as that debt should've been cleared off in October/November area. Seriously, do not go with this company, I wouldn't call them a scam just seriously, insanely, incompetent.
Worst insurance company every. They constantly lie to you about what you are able to do. The following lies were told to me:1. I have to take the vehicle to one of the mechanic shops that the Adjuster has told me would give lifetime warranties.2. There is only one offer. ( Which is a lie there is three)3. Eva Polgar ( Travelers Insurance Adjuster) sent me a letter dated March 12, 2018. Stating the company is not responsible for paying storage fees after March 11, 2018. But the vehicle was ready for pick up sine March 10, 2018. 3. The told me I have to return my rental vehicle. When they are causing unnecessary delay in settling, even when I accepted the offer provided to me.4. The do not answer emails on the weekend and tell you its your fault for not providing documents over the weekend.5. Everything they tell you is a lie.I have provided the document that they tried to tell me I had to pay for storage costs. Which they dated March 12, 2018 explaining I had to pay for the storage fees for March 11, 2018. It funny how they tried to charge you for fees fo previous dates from the letter.I WOULD ADVISE TO AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I have recently become a client through PC financial and was unfortunately involved in a non at fault MVA in December. I CANNOT get through the to the two people who are dealing with my claim. I have left SEVERAL messages to both parties and have not received responses from either of those individuals. Tammy can update her voicemail each day to specify the date that it is but cannot return a call. When I spoke with the other individual handling the medical part of my claim she said legally we have to check our messages what about returning the ten I have left you in the past two weeks!? Absolutely atrocious service. Definitely do not recommend this company by any means.
