I have been with Dan Sims for over 25 years, and State Farm for even longer. While State Farm as a company, which had very competitive rates up to until about a few years ago when it significantly raised its rates (my home insurance went up over 20% in one year!), is getting to be much more profit-oriented and less customer-oriented, the Dan Sims agency, and specifically its staff like Jennifer, Sharon, John and Adam have always been courteous, friendly and helpful to me. That is the main and only reason why I have kept most (I did switch my home insurance to another insurance company when Dans Sims could not do anything in that respect) of my business with State Farm.
My son has been attempting to contact this office for about a month and does not even get a call back. He finally spoke to someone 3-4 days ago and was told they can't locate his file and someone would call him back. Needless to say, there has not been a call back- no follow up at all! His payments are automatically taken from his bank account so neither of us understand how they can't locate his file. If you don't care about customer service then this may work for you, but if you do then walk away!
