Walked in there randomly to kill time. I'm glad I did they have some really cool stuff in there! Prices and moderate to high, but the quality of their stuff is good. I'm going back there for sure.
If you are considering buying a dining table from Zone, I implore you to go elsewhere. We bought specifically the Mix dining table, and it is terrible quality. For a dining table, the tabletop is FAR too sensitive. We had a table runner on top of it, and we set a warm pizza box on the table runner and it still left a light stain exactly where the pizza had sat. You could see the definition of each pizza slice on the tabletop for months. It also scratches extremely easily. If you will be using this table at all for its intended purpose, you will be forever disappointed. It looks nice, but has absolutely zero durability. Customers should also be wary of the fact that Zone does not allow any customer reviews on their website for products sold, nor do they add any type of description on their product listings suggesting the overly sensitive nature of their wares. This is all on top of the fact that we had an absolutely terrible in-store customer experience when we initially purchased the table. When we brought this up with customer service, no apology was offered, they simply said, you will be happy to know that employee is no longer with Zone.Unfortunately Zone do not stand behind the product they sell, and offer very lacklustre customer service. I tried to resolve this directly with Zone prior to writing this review, but they refused to do anything about it. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
Very interesting and unique items in the store.Bright well lit store. Reasonable prices on most items especially items on sale :)Very well organized and spaced out well. The store was very busy but I still felt like I had enough space to see and explore. I didn't get any assistance from the staff, I'll assume because they were busy. Being assisted would have made the difference between a 5 star rating and a 4 star rating.
