Please be aware of the cancellation policy written on the back of the invoice before giving your deposit. The salesperson did not review the policy with me. I cancelled my sofa order 4 days after ordering it and well before delivery only to lose my $300 dollar deposit. Their policy says 48 hour to change your mind. They call it a restocking fee. There was nothing to restock as the sofa was not even custom and it had not even left the warehouse. It was also one of their big sellers so there was no chance of the company losing money. It was a pure money grab. This is a case of buyer beware. Be sure to read all the fine print.****I am adding an addendum to my review above. I am very pleased that the general manager of the store has rectified the issue and has issued me a complete refund. Many thanks
