Furniture is nice-looking. Customer service is not great. I ordered something (parts for a shelf) and was assured it would be in the next day or two. Three weeks later, nothing is in - but I get the same refrain as always - "we're getting a transfer today and it's probably in that shipment!".After this much back and forth, I try to cancel my order - but that requires a "manager" and a "callback".
