Great place to go and catch a sens game. Seating is excellently laid out and youll always have a good view of the action whether youre front row or in the nosebleeds. I wish entry was a little bit easier, particularly in the winter months being stuck outside waiting to scan your ticket can be very cold. Parking and traffic is poorly thought out and is always a mess but at this point it really cant be helped, just prepare for a long wait if you drove.
Excellent shows, helpful staff, very organized and clean area. The arena is reasonably comfortable and there are various options of seats, including lounges and VIP areas. Any of the seats will have decent view of shows or games.Big parking lot, it is paid and the cost may vary from event to event. For some events there is valet parking.Just next to the 417. You can get here by bus.Kids usually pay to get in unless they are 2 years old or younger. There are a number of concessions inside the building, including restaurants. You can't bring any liquid inside, not even water, there are water fountains inside though. You can buy various alcoholic beverages inside, but you cannot leave the building with anything alcoholic in hands. There is no smoking area and most events don't allow you to come back in after you get out. The rules are strictly followed and there are no exceptions, so it is better to grab your smokes before getting in.Be sure to check the safety and security policies for your event, during NHL games for example you will not be allowed to bring any backpacks inside. Remember that even the smallest of keychain knives will not be allowed. You can always go back to your car and store your items before scanning your ticket, once you scan your ticket the only option would be to discard the item since security will not take responsibility regarding storage of your blocked items.Safety and security are taken very seriously as everyone is entitled to enjoy their show or game, so no aggressive behavior of any kind is tolerated. If you come across any issue just reach out for security as they are very well trained and ready to respond. There will be police officers inside the building during events. The building is wheelchair accessible and the staff is welcoming, they will do their best to accommodate your needs. Call in previously to the event of you have any questions or specific needs to be considered.
Great venue for games or shows. Staff and crowd are usually friendly and there is a good atmosphere. There are a feww food options but beers are way too expensive
Good seats and the view is always good for hockey games. Have always found the staff friendly. Typical for a large arena like this, the prices are high for everything, including parking. $11+ for a beer. Enough said.
Was a great place to see a game but not really a hockey town. The most basic game etiquette of not walking up and down the aisle during play is not followed here. Definitely not the same atmosphere as other hockey hotbeds.
