This pharmacy is by far is the BEST in Ottawa!!! They are friendly, polite, professional and do go the extra mile for their clients.....such a relaxing and homey environment!!! Thank you so much for making my frequent visits to the pharmacy a pleasant and encouraging experience!!! Coming from a pharmacy that would embarrass others or yourself infront of other customers without even thinking....i left that pharmacy (prefer not to mention) following frequent encounters of humiliation. By far THE BEST and DEFINITIVE pharmacy in Ottawa and I'm no rookie when it comes to pharmacies. The service is superb, kind, genuine, unique, thoughtful and truly one of a kind. Monthly scripts are filled before you even ask for them to be filled so they're ready for you as soon as you're ready for them. Scripts can be sent electronically and they deliver to you if you need your scripts delivered and do it with pride and a smile. Service is snappy and efficient, if I'm there for more than 15 minutes, it's because of chit chat with the staff as they've become more than family to me. There's always some sort of pastry, fruit, candy or any random pleasant surprised placed for customers to enjoy, like who else does that? I'm very satisfied with the A++++++++ service of this place and if I could rate it 1000 stars, nothing could stop me. Thank you Sal (owner) for providing me with such an outstanding experience each and every time I come in, it's always like I'm a new customer and that's what counts and matters the most.

I am a regular customer at Proactive Pharmacy. I see Sal and Melissa at least once a week and usually more.A regular visit consists of this, not a special occasion:My meds are always prepared before I arrive.I am greeted with a coffee and a piece of fruit.If they are not busy, I always get a heart felt hug from both Sal and Melissa, "how you doing today"? We get caught up on our week.It's more like going to your favorite old time, Southern barber atmosphere, or a visit with your family.Most people unfortunately, can't believe what it's like. Once you try it you'll never go anywhere else. I will never go anywhere else, why would I. The delivery service is much of the same.When I leave it's with a heart felt " I love you, see you soon". Where else do you get excited to go to your pharmacist?Sal and Melissa are not my chemist, they are my family.The WORLD would be a much better place if every business had the same ethics towards their customers.Thank you.
