Positive:If you go to VIP movie you'll never be able to go to a normal movie again! Full stocked bar which make amazing martinis (real ones) and beer is roughly same price as a normal bar.Negative:They removed Jalapeno poppers even tho they were best appetizer on menu.
Seats are comfortable. Vip experience is well worth price. Food has improved a lot. They validate 3 hours of parking which is great!
Great experience at this cinema! Very nice location and lots of options to choose from. Havent had the opportunity to try the VIP setup yet but I hear only but good things. Great place to take you date as youre walking distance from a number of A list restaurants and pubs. Even a place where you can stop in for ice cream. Clean theatre and lobby areas along with friendly staff at this location.
Usually enjoy coming here but had a poor experience a week ago. By the time we left the theater (late movie) then there were no staff to be found and since then I have tried really hard to reach someone to complain and cannot get anyone to return my calls. Major fail on customer service!
My best Cinema experience so far in Ottawa. Now I wonder why I hadn't come here first. Motion picture was sharp, surround sound was amazing, seat was super comfy. Staff were courteous and respectful. The washroom was clean. I can keep going on and on. The summary is that I had an amazing experience. Will definitely visit again.
