They are TERRIBLE! Want to know what bad buisness looks like? Last call. Want bad service ? Last Call. Want your order in 3 hours or more? Last Call. Want to know something else? THEY are also, dial a bottle and Canada beer delivey. Same company, same awful service with 3 different names. They were late by 2 hours and told me the delivery guy was 15 minutes away and waited another hour. THEN, while they were laughing and at their own folly, told me the delivery already delivered the order...to the wrong house. Pathetic excuse for a service!
Lol use brewski booze instead you will get your order under an hour. If you use this company you deal with sketchy delivery people who take 3 hours to deliver, even on off peak hours. Horrible customer service.
They were great! Delivered my order ahead of schedule and even drove back a second time without charging extra when I didn't pick up the phone initially. I was very impressed.
Never got my order. Brought the wrong product, expected me to pay for it, refused to make it right and swore at me on the phone. The female on the phone was a rough talking, rude inarticulate and unpleasant individual.
Is this even a real business? Been almost 2 1/2 hours since we called.
