  I want to start off by saying what a great law firm Raven, Cameron, Ballantyne & Yazbeck is. My lawyer, James Cameron was absolutely the best. He is very caring and professional. He is straight forward and does not make you feel intimidated always being there for me, his client. His genuine compassion and understanding made me feel validated and cared for at a very difficult time, not knowing where else to turn. James, along with his team, namely Cline Girouard, were always approachable, supportive and very knowledgeable. They know their stuff I would recommend them to anyone needing help with health insurance claims. Hands down the best decision I have ever made.

  I just want to take the time to thank Raven Law for their incredible service.I was severely affected after a catastrophic event occurred in our family.Returning to work was not an option, but I did not know how to navigate in the complex world of disability insurance, etc...After being referred to Raven Law, I met with Mr. James Cameron.First and foremost James took all the time I needed to listen to my story, without interruption or impatience.His understanding and compassion expressed towards me was more than simply the numbers involved, it was the whole package.I sincerely believe that the healing process of my loss began when I met James.His guidance and instructions allowed me to face the process of getting the maximum benefits from my employer's disability plan.If you need an employment lawyer, I cannot recommend Mr. James Cameron highly enough.

  When my company's Long Term Disability provider denied my claim, even though we met their criteria I was told to seek out a lawyer. While there were a few that friends suggested, I also did a bit of research on my own. I found three firms initially and of the three the one that seemed to be the most promising was Raven Law, the other firm's websites seemed to be geared just to advertising and did not provide a lot of information about the processes and outcomes. Raven Law's website was more about informing their future clients on the possibilities, while being honest about the potential outcomes. I contacted Raven Law through their online contact page and my email was promptly answered and an initial appointment with James Cameron was arranged promptly. During our initial meeting with James and all consequent meetings and hearings, he always had a calming demeanor, when answering my questions he was forth right and did not sugar coat things or gloss over the details. He was very adept at being able to explain the complicated legalese and processes in terms that I could understand and always ensured that I was okay with his explanations before moving on to the next item of business. His assistant, Celine was outstanding and was my main point of contact with James throughout this whole process. She answered every email and phone call promptly and ensured that I had all the documents needed to gather all my information they required to prepare my case.In the end, because of James and Celine's hard work, I was able to get a positive settlement for my Long Term Disability case.
