I brought my ring here for ring resizing and was pleased to find that he does it on site. Other stores were quoting me $120 and 2 weeks waiting time. I had my ring resized at Nouras in 30 minutes for $35! Thank you Eli for saving me the time and the money.
Roughly 4.5 weeks ago I brought in a chain and 2 ring needing repair. The ring were missing stones which I discussed with Elias. I asked Elias to rebuild the claws on one of the rings as I thought they would just open and the new stone would fall out again. The only repair needed to these rings was the stones replaced and the claws redone. I went in a little over 2 weeks later to pick them up and it was discovered that Elias had not read what he wrote on the order slip and he put the wrong stones in the rings. He had to reorder the stones so again I would wait. I went in last night to pick everything up. Although the right stones are now in the proper rings each ring has several areas of damage on them. I will be bringing them both in to show Elias (the owner) at somepoint this morning however I do not feel very comfortable having the repairs done there at this point. This was a very disappointing experience with Nouras. I have had many many piece repaired here over the last 4years and never have I had this experience. Stephanie
