This place have joint Tim Hortons within, which was a surprise for me. We all love timmis. Agent on the store desk was very polite and wasy to communicate with him. Help choosing the Gatorade flavor and took extra effort s to find the one I was looking for inside the freezer. Happy customer.
Needs a bit of a face lift but you get what you need (ie. gas, convenient store items, etc...). No big complaints. Has a Tim Hortons inside.
For Carleton students who stay up late or sometimes all night, this gas station is a lifesaver! Snacks cigarettes and so forth ... Oh yeah, how could I forget? Energy drinks! But, I do have to deduct 1 star. Because, during late night time, the staff close up the entrance, and they leave open a small exchange window, like the ones you see in prisons (LOL). I understand, it is for safety and security. But, it is creepy to see it, especially in Ottawa - a safe and quiet town. I am from Toronto - a burly town, that (I presume) is less safer than Ottawa. In T.O 7-Elevens don't take extra security measures, to the extent of locking-up and conducting commerce via a protective exchange-window. But, the window is a trifle thing ... More important, is that the place is there ...
This gas station is right off the exit to Bronson Avenue so it is really convenient to get gas here. The location is easy to maneuver your vehicle around and has quite a large lot for parking and such. Staff is always polite and helpful. Bathrooms are clean. I like that there is a quickie store here and as well as a Tim Hortons. Having the convenience of buying snacks or a delicious hot coffee is nice. The prices for gas at this location seems to be competitive for the centre town/ downtown core.
The location of the gas station (being on a one way street on one side) is inconvenient. However, I did appreciate the layout and quantity of the pumps.
